EXPERTISE

The most effective approach to health is a complete one.

My work draws on three interconnected disciplines — clinical nutrition, functional medicine, and nutrigenomics. Together, they allow me to build a picture of your health that is precise, personalised, and grounded in evidence.

01

Clinical Nutrition & Gut Health

The gut is where my clinical career began — and it remains a cornerstone of everything I do. After years of navigating my own complex digestive condition, I built a specialist practice around functional gut disorders.

I hold advanced training in Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), the clinical application of the Low FODMAP diet for IBS, and the dietary management of gastrointestinal symptoms in endometriosis — both through Monash University, the world's leading institution in this field.

Gut health underpins almost every aspect of wellbeing — from immunity and inflammation to mood, skin, and hormonal balance. It is rarely just about digestion.

Functional Medicine

Functional medicine asks a different question to conventional medicine. Not what is wrong — but why.

I hold certification in Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) — the global leader in functional medicine education. This framework allows me to investigate the root causes of imbalance and dysfunction, rather than managing symptoms in isolation.

It is a systems-based, science-led approach. And it changes everything about how a health assessment is conducted.

03

Nutrigenomics

This is the frontier of personalised health — and one of the most powerful tools I work with.

Nutrigenomics is the science of how your unique genetic makeup influences the way your body responds to food, lifestyle, and environment. Two women can follow identical diets and have entirely different outcomes — because their genetics are different. Understanding yours removes the guesswork entirely.

I am a Lifecode Gx Nutrigenomics Practitioner — trained to interpret genetic data and translate it into highly targeted, actionable guidance. For clients who choose to include nutrigenomics in their programme, it adds a level of precision that no generic health advice can match.
