ABOUT
I didn't choose
this work.
It chose me.
THE FIRST CHAPTER
For most of my life I had robust health. I never thought about my gut, my energy, or what I was eating. Then a single episode of food poisoning changed everything.
What followed were years of debilitating symptoms — extreme bloating, abdominal pain, reflux, multiple food intolerances — and a medical system that had no satisfying answers. Every test came back clear. Every doctor pointed to stress or anxiety. I was handed antacids and antidepressants and sent on my way.
I couldn't accept that. My digestion had been fine for my entire life until that pizza. Something had changed, and the answers I was being given didn't come close to explaining it.
Through my own research I discovered post-infectious IBS — a condition affecting one in nine people after food poisoning — and the connection to Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth, or SIBO. A decade of suffering suddenly made sense. And in trying to solve my own health, I found my life's work.
"I started looking at health differently.
Not as a problem to solve, but as something to build."
THE TURNING POINT
I trained as a nutritional therapist and built my practice around gut health — the area I understood most deeply, both clinically and personally. For years, that was my world. Complex cases. Chronic conditions. The clients that other practitioners hadn't been able to help.
Then life intervened again. A personal turning point made me realise that waiting for something to go wrong before taking action was not a position I was willing to hold. Not for myself. Not for the women I work with.
I started approaching health differently. Proactively. On my own terms.
The basics had always mattered to me — but after this turning point, I took them more seriously than ever. Nutrition. Sleep. Movement. Stress. These are not the unglamorous precursors to the real work. They are the real work. The foundation that everything else is built on.
But I also came to believe that the basics alone are not always enough. Not because they don't matter — they matter enormously — but because without precision, even the most consistent efforts can have gaps you don't know exist. Testing, genetic analysis, nutrigenomics — these are not unnecessary extras. They are a map. And there is a profound difference between going for a walk and knowing exactly where you are going.
My role is to give you both.
TODAY
I work with women who are intelligent, health-conscious, and quietly exhausted by the gap between how hard they try and how they actually feel. They are not broken. They are working with an incomplete picture — and that is exactly what I am here to address.
I bring six years of clinical experience, specialist training in functional medicine, gut health, and nutrigenomics, and a deep conviction that real, lasting health is never accidental. It is built through daily practice, clinical precision, and time.
I am based between London and New York, and I work with a small number of clients at any one time.
