I'm Marilia Chamon — nutritional therapist and health optimisation expert, based between London and New York.

I believe that real health is built on unglamorous foundations — nutrition, sleep, movement, consistency. What you do every day matters more than any single intervention. My role is to make sure those foundations are right for you — drawing on clinical nutrition, functional medicine, and nutrigenomics, the science of how your individual genetics influence the way your body responds to food, stress, and lifestyle.
