The work I do is not designed to deliver results in a single hour.

Optimising health requires time, data, and consistency. Nothing meaningful is built overnight — and lasting results come from a structured, collaborative process where there is space to assess, test, implement, and refine. I work with a small number of clients at any one time, through longer-term programmes only.

Before anything is recommended, planned, or built — we need a complete picture.

The Foundation is a 30-minute in-depth clinical assessment. We map your full health history, your symptoms, your lifestyle, your sleep, your stress, and your goals. I ask the questions that often haven't been asked before. You leave with clarity — a clear understanding of what is driving how you feel, what the priorities are, and what a path forward looks like.

This is not a session where you receive a plan. It is a session where you finally receive an answer.

For most clients, The Foundation is the natural gateway into The Recalibration. For all clients, it is where the work begins.

The Recalibration is a fully personalised 16-week programme built around your specific health history, data, and goals. It draws on clinical nutrition, functional medicine principles, and where relevant, nutrigenomics — the science of how your unique genetics influence the way your body responds to food, stress, and lifestyle.

No two programmes look the same. Because no two women are the same.

Personalised guidance

Nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation protocols informed by clinical assessment, functional testing, and when undertaken, your nutrigenomics data.

Functional testing may be recommended where clinically appropriate. Testing costs are not included in the programme fee and are always discussed transparently before proceeding.

Final review — week 12

Consolidation of outcomes, long-term strategies, and a clear picture of where you go from here.
